How do we ship your ordered goods?
We usually process orders the next business day. If you order goods by 1 p.m. at the latest, there is a chance that your order will be shipped on the same day. In the case of large numbers of orders, we ship packages within 3 business days. The standard order processing time in our store is 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to extend the order processing time to 7 business days when the goods are shipped from the manufacturer.
- Parcels are delivered only on business days during the local carrier's working hours, also depending on the shipping address and the presence of the recipient.
- Before delivering the parcel, the courier usually contacts the recipient by phone and makes sure that the recipient will be at the indicated address. If the courier does not find the recipient, he leaves a notice stating that the parcel will be delivered again the next day. If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address the second time, the parcel is sent to the warehouse for sending back.
- Most problems with delivering parcels include the absence of the addressee, the problem of getting to the indicated address, e.g. a dirt road, a house in the forest, a house that is not marked with a number, an addressee who does not answer the phone, or the absence of the addressee at home. Courier companies cannot be held responsible for the absence of the recipient at the given address or difficult terrain conditions that sometimes prevent delivery on time. We therefore ask for the understanding of all parties.
Shipping cost
Our goods are distributed in three warehouses. The cost of sending goods from each warehouse is calculated separately. To avoid high shipping costs, we recommend purchasing goods from one selected warehouse. Below is the cost of shipping goods from individual warehouses:
1. Warehouse 1Z PLN 16.99
2. Warehouse 2H PLN 16.99
3. Warehouse 3A:
- PLN 29.99 for orders up to PLN 100
- PLN 24 for orders over PLN 100
- PLN 19 for orders over PLN 150
- PLN 16,99 for orders over PLN 300
4. Shipping cost PLN 150-180 means that the goods must be sent on a pallet due to their size or weight.
How to get free shipping?
To receive free shipping, you must place an order for a minimum of PLN 500 (the value of the products without shipping costs!). When selecting the shipping method, the system will automatically take into account free shipping. Free shipping applies only to Poland. Free shipping is carried out via courier companies available on the zoolio.pl store website
How to check shipping status?
If your order is still being processed and has not left the warehouse, you can check the status in the My account tab.
Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number from the service provider. Thanks to this data, you can track the current status of your shipment.
No full delivery?
In some cases, your order will be split into several deliveries, so that you will receive several partial deliveries instead of one complete delivery. This happens when we ship goods from several different warehouses or when the items are too large or too heavy to be placed in one package. If this happened and the entire order has not arrived, wait patiently for 1 day or report this fact to us using the contact form .
The delivered order is damaged
If the received products were damaged during transport, you can report this fact using the form in your customer panel by clicking on the details of the selected order and describing the entire case in detail, or if you do not like the order, you can return it free of charge within 14 days using for this purpose from the goods return form.
